Ettore Bugatti's runabout for inspection tours of his factory

Called a type 56 Bugatti, if the translator program on Google hasn't mangled it, and it was an electric buggy.

2012 new Bugatti Veyron

2012 Bugatti Veyron Reportedly, using the 8.0-liter W16 engine and a quad-turbo setup will be back in the same form as used in the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. However, the new car will head to the scale and generate a number far below what we see in the Veyron model today. It will achieve this through more extensive use of lightweight alloys and carbon-composite materials. to hit Ludicrous Speed. Okay, maybe not going quite that fast, but with a target of 270 miles per hour,

The Schlumpf Collection is on display in France at the National Museum in Mulhouse, the Cité de l’Automobile

The Schlumpf Collection may be the most prestigious car collection in the world. This is demonstrated by the two of the only 6 made Bugatti Royales, including the famous Coupé Napoléon, the 150 Bugatti, Hispano-Suiza, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Maybach, Mercedes models, etc.
One of the Royales they acquired when they purchased the Shakespeare collection, in 1964, which was a total of 30 Bugattis and a gallery of those being loaded on a Illinois train is here: http://svammelsurium.blogg.se/2010/june/en-dag-i-illinois-1964.html
It was in a former Mulhouse woollen mill, with its typically 19th century architecture, that Fritz Schlumpf established his fabulous collection of 437 cars belonging to 97 different brands. With part of on display at the Cité de l’Automobile, it is certainly a must see if you get to France
The collection was seized by the workers employed by the Schlumpf brothers, who had collected for years, and topped off their collection when Hispano Suiza needed to liquidate many of the Bugatti assets in 1963 after having purchased the Bugatti company. The Schlumpfs puchased Ettore Bugatti’s personal Bugatti Royale and many original spares and patterns—over the strong objections of the managing director and Roland Bugatti, Ettore Bugatti’s surviving son.
In 1971 the union of workers that had been restoring the cars, building restaurants, and a hotel that would have housed guests to the collection, went on strike, and years later the French government seized all of the Schlumpf assetts, including 437 vehicles. The strike was part of what forced the brothers to flee to Switzerland, echoing Bugatti's flight to Paris in the 1937 strike. Bugatti Royale

Luckily the drivers all are standing next to the cars, it gives the behemoth proportion. I'd love to see one of these drive on a freeway to see how small the normal everyday Hondas and Nissans, Fords and Chevys look in comparison

Is the Cougatti Just the Purtiest 2002 Mercury Cougar you ever did see?

Sure, most people would love to have a Bugatti Veyron; sadly, at over a million bucks a pop we're talking a vehicle that's slightly out of reach for most consumers. Thankfully, one man and eBay have rectified this issue with something we'll call a Cougatti (or Bougar).

Based on a 112,000-mile 2002 Mercury Cougar with a V6 and automatic transmission, this one-of-one Cougatti has a starting bid of $89,000 and no takers as of this writing. Potential buyers get all the body work, 20-inch wheels, angel eye HID headlights, LED tails, two gas caps (one functional), and power windows/mirrors.

No pics of the interior just yet, but the seller says it is "in progress" and "very close to being ready for upholstery".

Is this cross-bred creature a crime against humanity or a bargain basement show car? Leave your comments down below.

Bugatti Galibier

The Bugatti Galibier 16C Concept has finally reached the US soil. This greatest sedan ever made will make its public debut in Los Angeles. The long hood of the Bugatti Galibier truly reminds of the incredibly luxurious cars of the 20s, 30s, and 40s. In the past, long hoods made room for big engines but in today’s time it is considered luxurious.

The body of the car is ultra polished that you can see your reflection very conspicuously. The car is even better inside. The wood, leather and metals are precisely chosen and they perfectly complement the outside body of the car. The vents, long slices accented with aluminum are brilliantly designed. It has an iPod-like menu in the dash. Its center console flows through the centered gauges.

Every single feature and detail adds up equally to the elegant look of the car. It will be released in 2012. The car will cost a whopping $1.6 million. Nothing comes cheap these days and when it comes to luxury, the price naturally ought to be sky high, especially if you are talking about luxurious cars. However, I so love this Bugatti Galibier.
